KC ONLINE INSTRUCTIONAL VIDEO PRODUCTION & IP ASSIGNMENT AGREEMENT

第一條：錄製規範與教學級別 / ARTICLE 1: RECORDING STANDARDS

1. 規格要求：乙方應使用甲方指定之教學系統錄製，確保影像清晰、音質良好且發音標準。
The Instructor shall utilize the Platform's designated system, ensuring high video resolution, clear audio, and standard English pronunciation.

2. 級別長度：CEFR A1 (約10分) / A2 (約15分) / B1 (約20分) / B2 (約30分)。
Instructional duration recommendations: A1 ~10 mins, A2 ~15 mins, B1 ~20 mins, B2 ~30 mins.

第二條：AI 自動評測審核 / ARTICLE 2: AI PEDAGOGICAL ASSESSMENT

1. 自動驗收：所有影片由「KC Online AI 英文閱讀教學評測系統」評測發音、語速、教學結構與難度。
All submissions are evaluated by the KC Online AI system for pronunciation, speech rate, scaffolding, and CEFR alignment.

2. 錄用認定：AI 判定合格後合約正式生效；未合格影片可依建議重新錄製。
A submission is deemed "Accepted" once the AI system generates a passing evaluation.

第三條：智慧財產權與肖像權授權 / ARTICLE 3: IP & LIKENESS RELEASE

1. 著作權讓與：影片經錄用後，其著作財產權及 AI 訓練利用權全部專屬讓與 KC Online 全球永久所有。
Upon acceptance, all worldwide economic rights and copyrights in the video are exclusively assigned to KC Online in perpetuity.

2. 肖像授權：乙方同意授權 KC Online 於營運與教育推廣目的合理使用其姓名、肖像與聲音。
The Instructor irrevocably licenses their name, likeness, and voice for platform operation and promotion.
